Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately. Since we process all orders as quickly as possible within 24 hours after placing, we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns Policy & Process We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.
Items must be returned within 14 days of the original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unused). The exchange/return form must be included with the item when returned. We recommend you utilize registered post as we do not take responsibility for items not received if a customer attempts to send an item to our company via non-registered post. Please allow 10 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be redelivered.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that were not purchased online or through our retail stores.
Faulty Items Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team. If the tea is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or packaging defects, we will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.
If You Change Your Mind We are unable to accept items that have been opened, used, or damaged. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition. Our company will either exchange the item or refund the amount of the item, less the original freight charges. Additional re-delivery freight charges will apply for replacement items.
Incorrect Item If you receive a tea product that is not what you initially purchased, we will cover the re-delivery charges. We strive to ensure our tea products match the descriptions provided. However, due to possible variations in natural ingredients, slight differences in color or flavor may occur, which are normal and do not affect the quality of the tea.
Refunds on Shipping and Handling Charges If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, or if you received a damaged product, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card. A copy of your tax invoice may be requested for proof of purchase.
